I only log actual workouts. Walking and cleaning etc I never log. With walking to/from work and walking my dog I probably walk on average 2 hours per day. I don't it as exercise, just part of my every day activity. I don't log things like spices or black coffee

I do it sometimes. I didn't realise it was a big deal until a friend told me how 'brave' I was

My friends without a doubt. If I was only using mfp for tracking food/workouts, I wouldn't have stuck with it for as long as I have

I've had a good week so far. I've been well under calories. Restarted stronglifts which has been going well. I have a family wedding tomorrow so will be over but will still go for a run at least.

I forgot to weigh in this morning so will do it tomorrow. I've logged my food for the first time in a while. Needed to take a break from it. I was well under gol so happy with that but couldve eaten cleaner. I rejoined my gym today. I've started stronglifts 5 x 5 and enjoyed it. I plan to do this 3 x per times and…

Congratulations again on reaching your goal weight. You've been my friend on here over 18 months now and you're have always been such an inspiration to me. You're are an amazing lady and I'm proud to be your mfp friend :flowerforyou: I know what you're going through. After reaching my goal weight last year and I was left…

My current weight is 148lbs. My goal is too get back down to 140lbs. I reached my goal weight Feb 2012 after losing 100lbs. I maintained the loss over a year but gained 10lbs back this year. I've been really struggling to get back on track. My workout plan is to restart Staonglifts 5 x 5. Also running at least 2 per week.…

:drinker: I try to limit my drinking as much as I can. If I drink a lot, I eat so much crap the next day. I stick to red wine and spirits

Whenever I've gone to a yoga class, there's always been a few men there. I don't see anything wrong with it. It should help with your muscle pain. I love yoga. I think anyone who works out would benefit from it

Love it

First is my first summer as a runner. I'm struggling with the heat. I'm hoping getting up earlier will help but as faery_dust said the heat won't last long in the UK anyway lol

My husband went to strip club on his stag night as most men do. I wouldn't have a problem if he wanted to go again. I'd join him if he asked me too. Very true

I did my first w/o B today and couldn't do OHP. Barbell is 20kg and only managed 1 rep with VERY bad form. I'm doing miltary press with 2 x 7.5kg dumbbells until I'm stronger. I expected to struggle with this one. I may add some extra upper body exercises until I can at least use the barbell

That's why I made that blog post. I had been in denial for a while. By being honest my mfpals (and myself) I really feel like I can get back on track. We got this :)

Great post Sheri. As you know I've regained too. It's frustrating as I worked so hard to reach my goal. I should realised I need to work just as hard to keep it off. You're right. We need to stop comparing ourselves to airbrushed models. I want to be the best 'me' I can be. Just looked at your new picture and I think you…

Thanks for all the replies. I did my first workout today. It went well. Switched from squat machine to squat rack. Just used the empty bar(20kg) for first few sets then added 10kgs. @neandermagnon great point about the smith machine. I used the bench press (again empty bar) and it was much easier than 2 10kg dummbells. I…
