Mine would be mostly dairy too. I have cottage cheese and cheddar cheese most days. I also use whey powder/protein bars to help get my protein.

I've kept mine private for a while now. I wish I felt comfortable leaving it open. At least then people could see my 'send message with FR' note but there's too many pervs on here. I like to choose which pervs see can my pictures :). (not that my pictures are that interesting anyway)

I have my 1st 5k in July. I was doing Insanity before but. It's no substitute for running. I would reccomend C25k. It's a great program and really helps with building up endurance.

Thanks. The gym has recently moved to a new premises so there's still building work being done. Once they've finished people won't be able to see in. I would have to get undressed in the shower itself as it is now and that would be a pain in the *kitten*!

I always use the showers after Hot Yoga. The facilties at that studio are really clean. I haven't used the showers at my gym as there is a lot of building work being done and it's not very private. In fact you'd be able to see in from the cable pulley machines! There are shower curtains but I still wouldn't feel…

Of course maintenance is possible. I've been maintaining a 100lb loss for over a year. My weight fluctuates a little but that's normal. Maintenance is not easy. You have to put the same effort into it as you did losing. I still log my food, try to healthy and workout at least 5 days a week.

I struggled with body issues for a long time. I've lost 100lbs and it's taken nearly a year for it to sink in. I'm still insecure about my body but I'm happier now than I was last year :)

Nutella, nuts or nut butters. Can't have them in the house. Once the bag/jar is open, I can't stop myself!

He's happy because I'm happy but I was 240 lbs when I met him and he still loved me then. I know weighing/logging my foods drice him mad. He also hates that I workout in the morning. He doesn't like waking up in an empty bed. He's usually up before me anyway so doesn't make that much of a difference really.

I'm the new girl at my gym. I'm one of only 2 female members in my entire gym not just the weight room. ^^^ this I think 80% upwards is best but like others have said, it is an aquired taste. I put it in the freezer too. Stops me overeating it. Not even 10am and now I'm craving choocolate!

It's definitely harder because of the minset. It's much easier to think 'screw it - I'm eating what I want'. I usually eat 5-6 times a day. Little and often works better for me. I don't think it matters though. Everyone is different so just do what works for you

My favourite is yoga. Also love push ups as it took me months to progress to full 'man' push ups. It was so exciting when I finally managed it :)

I'm usually hungry in the morning. I normally have a protein shake after my workout. Then after my shower I'll have a cheese omelette. When I get ino work I have a 2nd breakfast. Usually porridge or cottage cheese with nuts.

I had to keep re-reading week 5. I thought I had made a mistake. How could jump to 20 mins non stop so suddenly! I did it though. You just need to push yourself. I did it and felt so proud of myself afterwards. I've got 2 weeks left of c25k :)

I'm doing Race for Life (5k) in July. It's for cancer research. My sister and I are doing this I'm memory of our grandfather who we lost to cancer in Feb this year. This will be my first race. I'm hoping to do a 10k in October.
