Claire - good points you make also. Losing under a certain point easily makes us look older (at a point we are already starting to fight that!). In college I was not muscular, but looked very think, and was 150. 160 now with this muscle or not and I should be just about perfect for me.

I don't have an answer beyond a suggestion... I have very muscular legs, crazy cut.... And I think of myself as blessed, not cursed. I am much older (likely) than you, so my wisdom to impart is to work at accepting yourself for the things you love and try to find something fabulous in the things/parts that you don't love.…
