  • Grad student here, And I too have gained 5 lbs per semester- which alone would've been manageable but now I'm in my 6th semester (third year!) I'm looking to add people similar to me, ladies only. Please add :) I have 18 ish weeks until graduation! Setting a 20 lb goal for just that. And even more throughout the summer.
  • Same!! It is more difficult when it is constantly around, and it is for me too... my household buys lots of junk food. My best cure: out of sight, out of mind.

  • Add me too :) hovering around 160-163 and about 5'7" Size 10 pants I do running 1-2x a week, HIIT 1x and looking to get back into things like I had been a few months ago. I was doing 2-3x lifting per week and lots of running! SW: last summer was 182! Few yrs ago was 217. Gw: 140

  • Thanks for posting! I was doing this wrong.. :( I started out doing ABAB in one single workout... but that was because I thought it ended too quickly to just do A or B once through.   • I made a smart food choice today: tonight we were having fish tacos for dinner with Tilapia. I decided that instead of eating tacos, I would just eat mine as a filet and I put all the low calorie toppings on it (diced onion, tomato, cilantro, and lemon juice!) - I loved it - and I ate that with a big salad.
