yes, i always put it in MFP first... then decide if it's worth it :) sometimes the temptation wins out at least a little bit --- like i saw that a cookie was 440 calories (YIKES! can you believe that?!) - but i wanted it SO bad.... i tore off a corner of it (1/4 cookie) and let that be my indulgence.

i did it in january, couldn't believe i finished! only lost 6 lbs but really i was more proud of myself for making it through than anything. :) good luck to you! once level 2 was the easiest to me, i by that point i was feeling stronger and had more stamina... but then woooooo level 3!! yikes! :) good stuff though haha

yeah i feel ya, i'm trying really hard not to be a quitter! i did fall off the wagon for my birthday/valentines weeks but i am trying really hard to catch back up....
