You're a little too comfortable with the idea of a "cheat day". I used to have those from time to time, and regularly ate all three thousand weekly deficit calories in a sitting. There are lots of reasons for lack of weight loss, but I think you already identified yours.

I keep lots of cold bottled water in the fridge and lots of chewing gum on hand. If I'm hungry and it's not time to eat, I go for one of those. Keeping your stomach full of water and your mouth full of gum is a pretty foolproof way of dealing with a voracious appetite.

I nipped my daily goal by 120 calories and award those 720 extra calories to Saturday night. I'm not sure there's any other way to do bars/restaurants and still stay on track.
