Hi what is your daily calorific intake like at the minute
-
I would like to add that a macro percentage of 50 carbs 30protein 20fat will work better for you, you only want to be looking for a gram of protein per pound of body weight and carbs are your main source of energy so keep them in your diet
-
You're more than likely not eating enough as daft as it sounds, The whole point in my fitness pal is to show you the macronutrients break down not just the calories, if you eat the correct amount of macros you should be golden, eliminating one ie fat will more often than not work against you

Your days off are when your body repairs the damage you've done, you should only be working out 5 days per week max, let your body rest and it'll repay you, you'll also enjoy it a bit more if you're not constantly going for it

400 calories per day is rediculous, the damage you're doing to your body on a diet this extreme goes without saying, it's not just you're body that needs fats proteins and carbs to function but also your brain and nervous system, you must have been a complete wreck
-
Can I ask what you've got your macronutrients set at on your fitness pal? Ie fats carbs and proteins? It could be something as simple as sticking to your correct macro intake as oppose to just looking at the calories that could be where you're going wrong
-
3500 calorie defecit?? I hope that's a typo? You just need to cut 500 calories from your daily allowance to lose healthily
-
It'll come just keep plugging away, That's where the body holds the most fat so it feels as if you're not losing it but you are and you will :) don't give up!!!

Hi guys, I recommend that sticking to a healthy diet and following a healthy lifestyle will reap greater rewards than completely cutting a macronutrient from your diet, the reason the weight loss is so great with atkins is from cutting carbs which hold a lot of the body's water, remember that our body is predominantly…
