Hello Baz-Man - a proud Salopian here! Just over the border from Wales on the Shropshire side though - feel free to add me (first 'other' Salopian I have seen on here tbh, thought I was on my own there for a while - lol)

Sunday mornings here! Used to find that weekends (especially Saturday) was the one day of the week where I would go off track, however with a weigh in the next morning it keeps me focussed to stay good. Good luck with whatever day you decide, as said before it is about consistency and using the same day, same time to…

Here's your Amen fella! Now that confession is over, back to it pal (and not the drinking lol) :drinker:

It does, I can assure you as it did for me! I lost around 40 lbs around 2 years ago training for a charity bike ride and rode around 3/4 times a week for an hour or so. This coupled with a good diet seemed to work for me. Keep it going, then over a longer period you should be able to see if the results come for you. Good…

Those tougher mudder look insane - well done for giving yourself such a goal, sounds great and something to really look forward to (if they're the right words!!) Feel free to add me as a friend, and anyone else on here. Personally I'm into my cycling and looking forward to doing plenty of 100+ miles rides this year, so…

Superb Joe, like you I tried to do things on my own and although a newbie to MFP I have started to see how this should be done! If you want to add as a friend feel free!

Challenge accepted - bring it on!! Great to see like minded individuals on here and being a newby too, I would appreciate support from anyone out there who would like to join the journey.

I like others have felt exactly the same, as I'm sure you have too before. I try to remain focussed and stop to think why I'm doing this in the first place and ask myself has that changed? Around 99.99% of the time it hasn't and those thoughts allow me to get through those bad patches so to speak. Always re-visit your…

I've encountered similair problems, however the Salter Electronic model I got around 18 montsh ago (from Argos I think) have been great and I can step on/step off without it changing. I also got a model that measured my body fat, water, muscle etc as I find that sometimes although I have not lost any lbs I have lost some…

Feel free to add me too

I just got myself an RS100 after looking through all of the variants and have to say I'm happy with it. Only used it a couple of times but it really does focus you to train within the boundaries depending on what you want to get from your sessions. I'm looking to burn excess fat at the moment and then start the push for…

Am new to this so happy to be added by anyone who would appreciate support and also be able to give some support back during the downward trends that we all meet at some point or another! Looking forward to starting this journey, hopefully with a few like-minded people too.
