I think because I have been in training I have to eat better because I know when I eat rubbish I don't feel great at training so it is deffo hand and hand. Ive started adding exercise classes and squats and sits up though so I don't get bored doing the same thing every week :)

Man with dense cataracts should not be driving! The doctor who is doing his surgery probs shoulda said that to him. At the end of the day, you were at the crossing, even if you were naked (he'd probs notice you more) all cars should stop for you lol

Sounds like ur slip up is already motivating you coz you dont want to do it again! Just take right now as a fresh start! don't think about what you need to loose just think about how much better you feel when your eating right and how much of a good feeling that is!

Sorry to hear about your nana! I am doing the race for life in glasgow for the 3rd year in a row. Its a great race and it has a lovely atmosphere! Alot of women run and walk the event, its more about the cause than the time or fitness you do it in :) x

People who act as though weight loss and exercise is effortless and that they have never slipped up. Makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong and I self doubt and end up comfort eating or give up on exercise sooner.

Thats how I was with the implant after 2 years. I got put on the pill also towards the end of my implants "shelf life" but it was a nightmare. I ended up getting the implant out and getting the coil. Thats brilliant advice, I try and think that even if I go a bit over on my calories for lunch etc I try and think about a healthy choice for dinner and say "right starting again"!
