I'm currently doing Insanity at home right now, as well as teaching it at the gym twice a week. I think it depends on how you work out -- if you like to go somewhere to workout, then I would recommend looking into increasing your intensity at the gym. If you think you can do it at home, it's an awesome workout.

I'm on Day 2, Month 2 today and feeling sore and awesome from yesterday. Day 1 you do your Fit Test and first Max Interval Circuit workout, so it is about 80 minutes of crazy work. Feel free to add me if you are looking for a buddy!

Jump back in! You can always start from where you left off. It does get easier -- week 3, I started to not dread the warmup. Just tell yourself, make it to the stretch...make it to the stretch. It is one day, and you shouldn't worry. When losing weight and exercising, it is important to zig-zag your calorie intake too so you don't hit that plateau. Keep it up and try again tomorrow!
