Hi guys. I've been using mfp for a while now and since summer I've been stopping and starting.
I go gym around 4 times a week and I'm going to start eating clean again. But lately I feel I need to up the workout and change it up abit. I was wondering if I should buy insanity? Would you re commend it if I go gym (but I do feel like I need a push!).
Has anyone used it and seen good results ? Any tips?
Also does anyone know where I can buy it from or download it. Thanks a lot!

What are you doing at the gym? Can you increase your intensity there? Do you take any classes?0

I have done Insanity in a hybrid along with P90X. It is a great cardio workout. When starting, you may not be able to keep up but just do what you can and try to keep improving.0

I'm currently doing Insanity at home right now, as well as teaching it at the gym twice a week. I think it depends on how you work out -- if you like to go somewhere to workout, then I would recommend looking into increasing your intensity at the gym. If you think you can do it at home, it's an awesome workout.0

Why would you spend over $100 on a program if you already have access to a gym?
I would simply change up your gym routine, throw in some extra cardio if you feel you need it (and eat enough calories to support it) and save your money.
(My answer may be different if you didn't already have access to a gym...maybe)0 -
Yeah in the gym I tend to do strength and weights and go to one or two boxing or spinning clases if I have the time. It's just the results with insanity look so good! Where did you get yours?0

true! I just have been going gym for so long and haven't really seen a dramatic change0

My exercise is 4 days in the gym for weight training and minimal cardio (walking, dancing, and such with maybe some kickboxing from time to time, but I don't do that as much as I used to).
My results came mostly from the calorie deficit. The exercise just made me look better after the calorie deficit lost the fat for me, and because that's the case, I did mostly weight training.0
