I think the older we get then the less we like change! I just don't understand why changes are made for changes sake? Not long before I retired I was criticized in my annual appraisal for not embracing change, but must of the changes were just for the sake of it!!

When I do a full weekly shop I take the car, (& then walk later after I've packed it all away), it's only if I need a couple of things mid week - usually a fresh fruit or veg top up that I walk to the supermarket.
