Know exactly what you mean, my oldest turned 40!!! in January -- I say 40 !!! How did that happen? seems like not that many years since she was born, now she has a 6 & 4 year old herself. Time is inexplicable !!! :o

In the UK women can only donate once every 4 months, men 3 monthly. I'm luckily that up to now I've not felt tired or had any other ill effects after giving.
