MFP's protein recommendation is really low. I always go over by 35-45. It's totally fine.

170's-180's is definitely high. I think I hit 170 at a couple points in a few different circuits but I maintained overall between 130-145. I'm really not sure if it's bad for you though..

I have the same HRM and have had no problems with it all. Sounds like the one you got isn't working properly. I've heard the FT7 is great too!

If you used olive oil it could be that high but just green beans alone, no it doesn't sound right.

I've started seeing results! I just started level 3 today, I'm on day 16. Give your body a couple weeks and you should start noticing some differences. I started seeing it in my stomach first. Good luck!

I don't think it ever goes away. I had a tiny tiny bit when I weighed 115 and also the same when I weighed 160. I've been working out 4-5 times a week for about 8 months now and it's still there. It hasn't gotten worse though, even through 2 pregnancies and weight gain and loss.

I'm on day 15! So far so good. I haven't lost any weight from it but I've noticed some serious toning. I love her DVD's!

I'm a vegetarian. Have you tried pita pockets with hummus and veggies? That's one of my faves!

I wouldn't suggest buying a cheapo HRM. You won't get an accurate reading with them. It's important to get one that has a chest strap too. Good luck!

I just bought the Polar FT4, has all the same functions as the FT7 but it was $20 cheaper. I love it!

I had a day like that yesterday. Burned 1000 but only ate back about 300. I say eat some of them, that way your body is getting the nutrients it needs and you're not falling below 1200 calories.

It depends on your weight. I burn about 240-250 on Level 1 of the 30 day shred.

I just bought a Taylor scale from Target. It doesn't read body fat or anything but I like it. I paid $29 for it.
