I just started it yesterday! I love it, I've kinda made up my own schedule with that and spinning. It's an amazing workout!

I do 40 carbs, 30 protein and 30 fat. Works best for me. I tend to go over my carbs everyday though but it's mostly from fruits.
-
I wish I knew! My only thoughts are lipo! Haha
-
Lightly active....I stay at home and I'm very rarely sitting with 2 little ones to clean up and chase after all day!
-
I just started Turbo Fire today.....LOVE it!

I would say it's definitely a combination of the vitamins/supplements you're taking.
-
Yes, that rule applies to all trying to lose weight!

Shakeology is the BEST but it's a little expensive. In my opinion it is so worth it! http://shakeology.com/

Awesome job, I can see a HUGE difference! Great work, keep it up!

I have the Polar FT4, it's awesome, highly recommend it. It's super accurate and easy to use. I got it at Best Buy for $89.
-
You're doing an amazing job. Don't ever give up!! You've come this far and you can continue. Great progress!
-
Definitely go by your HRM, it's WAY more accurate then MFP. MFP always overestimates!
-
Because it's hard work!! Men always lose the weight faster. :(
-
I have the woman's "bronze" FT4. It doesn't look bronze in person, more like a goldish tone. I only wear it at the gym and at home while working out. I'd go with the correct one for women.
-
In a perfect word maybe, that's just not realistic!
-
Awesome job! Definitely see a lot of progress!

It's most likely muscle...don't worry too much. It takes your body at least a month to get used to the strength routine and you will see weight loss after that.
-
Wondering the same! I have a lot of loose skin on my post baby tummy. I've heard many different things and so far from my experience doing just crunches, cardio and strength training doesn't seem to be making a difference. :( I hate to say it but maybe lipo is the only answer.

I'm thinking this diet is definitely not the right choice for anyone. Sorry, not trying to be rude but this sounds super unhealthy.
-
Agree. What's the issue with protein, more protein is ALWAYS better? Why wouldn't you want to find a healthy snack that with calories and protein?
-
In my experience any diets or cleanses that claim to help you lose 10+ lbs in a week or a certain amount of days don't usually stick. I ended up losing the weight but gaining it all back because you basically end up starving yourself or your not getting the right amount of calories, nutrients, protein etc. I hope it stays…

It's great to mix up your workouts but you don't want to overexert yourself. There is such thing as working out "too" much. I would stick with what you're doing for now and if it's working then definitely stick with it. The 30 day shred is hard work, it's very little cardio and mostly strength so if you want to incorporate…

I do too but I don't eat apples, I eat bad things! :(

That's a normal burn. I typically take 45 min spin classes, sometimes 60 mins and in 60 min classes I usually burn around 650-785, depending how high my resistance is. 1689 is insane.
-
1689??? Really? I spin 4+ times a week and have NEVER seen more then 700 calories burned on my HRM. That's amazing! Good work!
-
What she "said". Haha
-
He would definitely need to eat A LOT more calories if he was working out. 1500 is REALLY low for a man.
-
Nuts, fruits, yogurt are my fav's!
-
Diet's don't work! How about just eating healthy, natural foods and making a lifestyle change? Lots of fruits, veggies, whole grains, lean meats, protein, fiber and lots of water.
-
Congratulations, you have worked so hard! Great job!
