I would say netting 1200 a day is way too low. You can log how much you would burn while nursing under exercise.
-
How about trying protein bars? Less calories, more protein and pretty filling and taste good!
-
MPF estimates for protein are WAY too low. The general rule is you should take in 0.8-1 gram of protein per your body weight, cut that in half.
-
In my experience the equipment tends to over estimate quite a bit. I would definitely suggest investing in a HRM, it will help with logging your calories and not over estimating calories burned!

I use the 40, 30, 30. Seems to work the best for me!
-
Thanks so much for posting this! This helped me a lot. I'm taking a rest week, only because I'm sick though.
-
Nice job, keep up the great work!
-
agreed!
-
That is just crazy, I am sorry. To each their own, I know but that is not a healthy weight for anyone unless you're 4'10".
-
MFP tends to overestimate calories burned with my experience.
-
Log it as circuit training, MFP will give you an estimate of how many you burned.
-
Great work! Keep it up!!

Welcome to the site, you will like it here. A lot of great people! I also have about 18 lbs of baby weight to go. Good luck and add me if you like!

Welcome to the site, you will meet a lot of great people here. I'm in Montgomery County!

Push through the soreness, sometimes working out helps with ease it. You can do it, don't give up!!!
-
I've noticed that with almost all my workouts MFP overestimates calories burned, that's just my experience though.
-
It's hard to know the exact amount of calories burned unless you have a heart rate monitor. Log it as circuit training and it will give you a general idea of how many calories you burn.

Polar are the best in my opinion, the most accurate and well priced. I have the Polar FT4 and it's awesome. I got it on sale for $89!
-
Just got it this week. I like it, I feel like it's more challenging then her shred. Oh, there isn't too much jumping involved in this one, maybe just the but kicks.
-
I went with the Polar FT4, basically the same as the FT7 but it was about $20 cheaper on sale. I LOVE it!
-
Protein shakes are always a good snack!
-
Chocolate is DEFINITELY the best!
-
I got a 5 lb kettle bell and it was WAY too light. I would say 8 lbs is good.
-
My 3.5 year old and 18 month old.
-
I found level 3 to be easier then Level 2.
-
Unfortunately it's not going to be accurate at all without your weight. My HRM is the Polar FT4 and asks for all those specifics.
-
Maintained. I'm now eating less of my exercise calories back and zig zagging my calories everyday.
-
I love it too. It's one thing I refuse to give up!

I'm taking my spin certification next month! Go to this website to look into it. I'm a total spin addict! http://www.spinning.com/spinning-instructors/become-an-instructor.asp Music makes the class in my opinion. I can't stand to be in a class where the music is terrible. Guess you won't be going back to her class! Haha.

Usually about 3-4 lbs more. :(
