I practice 5 minutes about 3 times a week and my progress has been consistent. I don't WOD with them so there is no mental pressure. Some days are better than others but the key thing is I am progressing. The 'secret' is the same as anything else - consistent practice.

Yep - P90X trained me to do it. Toughest part for me is my bare feet feel like they are going to slide out from under me.

I used to put my jar on the scale, set it to zero then see how much PB I remove. BTW, now I don't count cals and feel fitter than ever.

I just PR'd on a treadmill at 20:31 and decided I will never come close to those records. Amazing!

Totally agree with this comment. It's magical tape. I never notice how much it helps until I pull it off for being ratty-looking. Afterwards I regret not having it on.

I used to use a HRM but I really don't track my calories anymore. If you really want to get an accurate reading get a heart rate monitor.

Certain states require restaurants to post on their menus. In California. I've seen many fast food places with the nute info on the menus. I was blown away by the calories at Sonic.

Did this while I was visiting Vienna a few weeks back and it kicked my *kitten*! 8:10 with only 65# on BB and using bands on the pull-ups. Loved it, though!

I usually continue to drink water from my bottle AFTER my protein drink which gets all the protein out of the nooks and crannies.

Kudos on your accomplishments so far. I tend to agree with those suggesting your calorie intake is too low. If you have been doing P90 (not P90X) for a long time then your body may be used to that workout/intensity. However, 2 weeks is not a long time. I posted some comments, as did others. My point is that the math can be overwhelming but the common sense suggestions about eliminating sugary drinks and processed foods are easier to understand and follow.

Ignore ALL the math advice and focus on the NUTRITIONAL advice. Exercise and eat RIGHT. You will lose weight. Period.
