Wear what you want!

I keep mine open because I really don't care what people think about what I eat.
-
I usually eat around 400-500 calories for breakfast.

Usually I check my weight first thing in the morning after I use the potty. At the moment though, I can only weigh myself at the end of the day, but pretty soon I will be back to weighing myself in the morning.

Why did you ignore Srazamora?

Like the others have been saying -- if you don't have time to work out, just eat at a deficit. You don't have to work out to lose weight. And, if anything, you can work out on one of your breaks if your breaks are long enough to allow that. Good luck!

Yes, that sounds good. Like Evegni said... try it and see how it goes, and adjust if needed.

Look good! Way to go!!!

You'll be encouraged as you see your weight go down. If it is too discouraging, make a smaller goal. For example my goal right now is to get below 180 before I leave here in a month and a half. My end goal is about 120lbs, though.

I can only do low-impact cardio at the moment. In addition to walking, when I go to the gym I use the bicycle, stairclimber, or sometimes the elliptical.

A banana.

I used to do cheat days, but I realised that by doing that, I overindulge and sabatoge myself. Now, I just fit what I want into my calories I have alloted for the day.
-
I do get hunger headaches occasionally, but only if I got too long of a period without eating.

I'm 5'4" and about 145-147 and I'm about 26% body fat... I'm happy but I still am trying to lose more body fat. I could stay the way I am forever and still be happy. I wear about a size 8 pants and a size 4 dress.

Almost always breakfast. I'm a breakfast person.

I'm 5'4 and my goal weight is 135-130ish. My current weight is around 145. My measurements currently are 34-27-38... I do agree with focusing less on the scale number, and focusing more on measurements, and make sure you do some form of strength training :)

I did it, and I loved it. It is a lot of cardio, though. I have no idea what they charged for it, I got a used copy :)
