Well, I HAVEN'T quit because... It helps me with mood swings, appetite, and general state of mind. [Highschool valedictorian, and a 3.8 GPA in college all while MOTAvated ;) ]

I haven't tried it yet but I've seen a lot of smoothie recipes that have spinach mixed in with fruit, supposedly you can't taste the spinach, maybe you should look up some of those recipes and give it a try :)

Ugh yes. I give out free food. It's a fairly active job but... still.

I've been drinking some for about a month now almost everyday, I mix 2 shots (3 oz) light cranberry juice, 1 shot ACV, some ice (it's much better chilled!), a dash of cinnamon, a good squirt of stevia 2 go (could use honey instead) and a little extra water, it's not too bad!

Apple cheese quesadilla: 1/4 apple, 1/2 c reduced fat cheddar cheese & 1 low carb tortilla. Blueberry grilled cheese: 2 slices bread and margarine, Spread cream cheese, cinnamon sugar and 1/4 c blueberries inside of sandwich. Peanut butter banana smoothie: 1 1/4 T peanut butter, 1/2 c reduced fat milk, 1 banana.
