I do, I even enter when I take the dogs out for a walk.. If I exercise for only 3 or 4 minutes I log it. I agree with DrBorkBork every calorie counts. Glad your here amy

wow so many different size and shapes. I'm 5'2" & 177 lbs and in a size 16 I have big hips and a stomach that looks like I'm 6 months pregnant UGH ( sometimes I wish I was to jusify the belly) I'm hoping to get back to sz 10 that is taking up room in the closet. I try to eat something that will help add a little more to the calorie intake. But I wonder if I'm hurting myself by doing that it seems like I'm always coming under my calorie intake and it says that I could be starving myself and not be able to lose the weight. How true is this?
