I have seen on here to just state your opinion not attack those who are not doing the same as you. Everybody is different and what works for one may not work for all. They think they are right just as much as you think you are. I rely mostly on the riends I have on MFP than the forums. :)

If you have your MFP page set to "public"...anyone can see you. If you have it set to "MFP members only" they cannot see your page.

I lost weight while nursing and did not change my diet...my lactation nurse told me nursing helps drop baby weight. You need to make healthy choices anyway since that sweet baby is depending on you!

Are you getting enough good fat in your diet? I have heard that not getting enough fat can cause hair loss and your nails to be brittle. ?????

Nope...I forget about everything when I exercise. I focus on getting through my work-out so everything else is pushed aside and then I feel sooo much better when I am finished.

I would not suggest NIKE....I bought a pair to run a 5k in and at the end of the race my whole big toe nail was bruised from the toes being sooo narrow. I love my NB! I found a pair of Nike's I like but scared to get them since I had a bad experience. I will probably buy more NB!

Do you have a Planet Fitness near you?...we have one here and it is really reasonable and you can use them all over the world when you travel also. Certain packages allow tanning and massage chairs. I have never been but I have heard a lot of great things about it.

I go to our YMCA gym. My husband encourages me to go. I doubt any man would want me looking all nasty and sweaty! Hahaha! Have him go work out with you if he does not want you going. But really...he needs to work on some trust issues if he is worried about you finding someone else at the gym. If couples would do more…

I use my free C25k app with my Pandora radio and the music pauses for each interval.

Couch to 5k....it is a site for beginner runners or to train for a 5k run. Google C25k and it will show you a schedule of what to do each week. It does walk/jog intervals and I have been amazed at how long I run in just 2 weeks. :)

What if you tossed sweet potato fried with olive oil and used them in place of the tater tots? Use reduced fat cheese and extra lean meat and only have a cup!

My child is in a magnet school and we live less than 2 miles from a school though it is not his school. ok.. explain this... My daily activity burned calories is 1890 and my consumed calories is 1200 my daily calorie deficit is 690. ....so I need to eat 690 less than 1890 to lose 2 lbs a week? which is 1200 right? but it projects me at 1.4 lbs a week. ????
