You can be getting too much fiber...it affects people different ways. Try some Miralax...it should help you!

I doubt it was more than 3 or 4 oz. Just put it in and don't stress about it. Just weigh it next time. Don't make it too hard.

First you need to know what kind of meat. Was it lean or extra lean or what percentage? Then you need to know how much meat...3 oz. 4 oz or what? Plug in ground beef and choose from database. oh...and add your bread separate.

I am only on Week 2 so cannot say much about it right now. I do not that I never knew I could run a minute much less off and on for 20 minutes. Each week prepares you for the next with no huge jumps! I could not tell a difference going from Week 1 to Week 2! I am doing it on the treadmill because of Alabama heat and hills…

I have seen posts before where people said they would melt it so I tried and it does not work for me. Just wondering if anyone else had this problem. Maybe theirs looks like paste too! ????

I have struggled with this too....my husband thinks it is ridiculous to eat them back if you are not hungry. He fusses at me every time I say something about earning calories. I lost 45 lbs once eating under 1000 cals and exercising. I will just try to find what works for me. I am not starving myself so I don't really know…

I eat 1200 cals day....If I am under 1200 and hungry then I eat more if not hungry I do not eat. I do not force eat. I try to get at least 1200 cals in a day but on exercise days I am always under. Oh well...I am losing weight. ;)

I tried to work out last Saturday morning and had a horrible work-out I had NO energy. I do sooo much better after I eat dinner....I go to the gym from 7-8. You just need to try to find what is best for you.

Make time for yourself! Do you have family or friends to help you out? You want to stay healthy so you will be around for your kids for a long time. 30 minutes a day is better than none!

I am 5' 4" and my 1st goal is 150 and my final goal is 130. I think any smaller would make me look unhealthy. :)

BUMP...I have hard time feeding a family of four when I am watching what I eat since they do not eat the same foods I do. We do all like Sloppy Joe's.

I have not been able to find my favorite turkey cheddar brats....everytime I find a food I like that is healthy my grocery stores always quit selling it.

I would just up your activity level....you are not sedentary.
