I was in a weight loss class and I was told "you dont look like you have a problem losing weight"....if she only knew! I gained all 40lbs back I lost that year. What I think is it is crazy is that the people who post stuff like they are a know-it-all gets all these comments and the topics posted by people who truly need help never get answered! Just ignore these know-it-all jerks and use the site for what it was made for support and encouragement not to cut people down!

I marinate mine in Dale's sauce (bad with the sodium but I just drink extra water and it eventually flushes out) and sprinkle with garlic and onion powder and I let it marinate for several hours...bake and eat! There is flavor on the outside and insude....Yum Yum!

I never eat salad as a meal (maybe a side)....seems to never keep me full long. Plus I cannot eat salad without dressing. My salads (that I like) are probably as many calories as a cheeseburger! LOL

I have lost 34 lbs since January 2, 2012 and I just now have people asking have I lost weight. I am not used to running everyday like I have and my legs are sore...could my muscle be retaining water? I did not realize how much running made my legs hurt. Sunday is my off day so hopefully my legs will get a rest!

One reason I do not eat my exercise calories is because some of the foods I eat (like at my parent's or stuff other people cook) I do not know the exact calorie count. That is awesome...I just ran my first 5k 2 weeks ago in 36 minutes...my goal was 30 or under but I will build up my speed. I have been trying to get my distance first then speed. You are doing great. Keep it up and keep us updated on your time. :)
