Me too...Frank's Hot Sauce makes anything taste good. I had a Smart Ones Mac & Cheese that was nasty and put some Frank's on it and it was yummy! :)

I struggle with my sodium intake too. I either go under my calories or over my sodium. I am a very busy full-time working mom and convenience foods are my friend. On days I go over my sodium I drink more water and I have been losing! :)

My hubby weighs more than me but is skinnier than me. He is 6'5" and I am 5'4" so that is the only reason he weighs more than me. :)

Actually I joined Jan. 2011 but did not REALLY start until August 2011 but then my Dad passed in September (which knocked me off track again). I started Jan. 2nd 2012....so pretty much the same...THANKS!

Mine is 1 hour of elliptical or 30 minutes on elliptical, 30 minutes (3.5-3.9 speed) on treadmill, and 15 minutes stationary bike. I am starting a boot camp so my work-outs will change up a little now.

I am the same way...I do not like "fishy" or "lake water" tasty fish. I like whatever kind of fish they use for fish stick. I have eaten Gorton's Cajuned Blackened Fish Fillet and liked it but I think it is the same kind of fish used in fish sticks. It does not taste like fish.

I just commented on a peanut butter thread. I was say that when I get hungry right before bed I get a spoonful of peanut butter and I am satisfied.

Rotel is canned tomatoes and green chiles...very good. You can get mild or spicy.

I am 5'4" and 180. 16's are loose and 14's are a little snug until I break them in. Some people carry their weight in their thighs and some in their stomach. I carry in my thighs more than my stomach so different pants fit differently. Different brands even run different.
