Not sure about the twice a month thing. Mine was late this month by 3 days for the first time in years and it was due to the changes I have been putting on my body. Keep an eye on it and if it doesn't stop you should get it checked out.

I won't be taking any type of hormone just to lose weight, that just sounds really scary to me. Your only eating like 600 calories a day to begin with and on top of that if you start to gain they tell you to fast all day then eat a steak for dinner and then the next day you should be back at your goal weight. WTH!!! That…

I have heard this quite often. I know a good amount of super fit people who's diets are high in fat but they are super lean and muscular. Can't explain this though!

Cute idea, I am anxious to see some ideas!

I ended up closing my diary because of this exact reason. I am doing what is good for me and only me. Why should you worry? Whatever I am doing is working and it is working for me. Uuugh! Thanks for this post!

Yes I have these as a treat and they are super yummy!

OMG you don't even look like the same person!! WTG girl!!

I don't know if that is what I have because it only happens for about 3-4 weeks out of a year sometimes twice a year then it goes a way. When I would get hot from anything like exercise or even just the temp in the room going up I would get this itchy prickly feeling on my skin that get's intense. It is accompanied by…

I eat back almost all give or take 50 or so and I am losing twice as fast. I burn about 600 calories during exercise and I eat back about 500-550 and I am burning at an amazing rate compared to when I didn't eat the extra calories.

I feel you on this one!! I have had 5 children and the last one was a c-section. I am 5'0" and right now have a saggy pouch as well. As I have been losing the pouch has gone down but the skin is just remaining and is still saggy. It will probably always do this unless I have it removed which is what i don't want. I wish I…

I'm not! I don't like feeling like I am being scolded while working out. I like encouragement in a happy exciting way so I'm doing Turbo Fire.

It's just a picture. Now if you could reach in the screen and pull the burger out and eat it, then I would be upset but as long as it is just a picture of something I don't have in front of me right now I am ok with it. Your going to see advertisements everywhere you go, on your TV especially for unhealthy food ALL day,…

Thanks ladies!! I knew you'd have the answers!! I'm not worried any more!

I just want to tell you that when I started I was not eating any of my exercise calories, for the entire first month, and I lost 12 lbs in that one month, but then things changed. I hadn't lost fat, I lost lean muscle which was not what I was going for at all. Then my body stopped burning and I lost no wait. I then…

How many calories do you eat before you count in any exercise?
-
Well we are all here to help you!!
-
It would be nice to do this. I take vitamins and supplements and it would really help to track them on here.
-
How many calories do you eat daily (this is without exercise calories added in), because if it is below 1200 then your body is not getting enough calories and has slowed down to accommodate for the low calorie intake. You should try to get into the habit of eating your exercise calories, because your body needs them.
-
I also use a HRM with a chest strap. I never depend on MFP for the calorie count because they are usually way off.
-
Not sure you should tell people not to eat back their exercise calories. I have tried it both ways and my body is burning fat at 1-2 lbs a week eating the calories back compared to when I didn't, my body stalled like crazy. When it comes to that I think each person needs to find what works for them and not follow a set…

It's not a high horse, it's called frustration. Oh wait my bad. I forgot you don't get upset about anything or have a problem with anything. Just because it doesn't bother you doesn't mean I am wrong for having it bother me, so you get off your high horse, please.
-
Yup that is what I am talking about.

There is no way a food can jump from 50 calories (by mistake) and actually be 210 on a label. That is just crazy to me. A small change of 10, 20, 30 calories I can understand but when you have jumps of 100's that is just flat out wrong on purpose.
-
Yes I confirm good ones as well, but the problem is also that there are confirmation on even the wrong ones, LOL like the cheaters all look for that one that is wrong on purpose or something. I found one today with 11 confirmations and the info was dead wrong.
-
Yes even after the workouts. You should eat your exercise calories back. If not your net calories for the day will be extremely low. Some don't like to eat them all so they eat back half and it works for them. There are some that don't eat them at all like I used to and my body stalled and wouldn't drop any fat. Now I…

That sounds ok but it seems to restrictive for me. I'll stick to what I'm doing now. Seems to be working like a charm and I get to eat all day and can have more when I exercise. I like this way better but for those that wanna try it, more power to you!

I am 5'0" and weight 205 currently. My calorie goal is 1200 and will change daily based on how much exercise I do but mainly I burn about 500-600 calories. I eat my exercise calories back so it changes with how much I do. My base is 1200 though.
-
LOL OMG!! You sound like me!

I look forward to my workouts as well. I get pumped and my time is not negotiable because it is very important to me. Shoot, if you schedule time at the salon got get your hair done or pedicure, why not do the same for your workouts. It should be just as important if not more. I love working out now and when I get that…
