I have been making my own Bulletproof coffee every morning but with decaffeinated coffee because I have high blood pressure and I don't want to get addicted to caffeine. Quick question on my macros
I currently have my macros set to 75 protein /20 protein /5 carbs but almost daily I end up eating more fat so my fat ends up being around 78%-82% and my protein ends up being lower. What happens to unused ingested fat?
I know carbs turn to sugar, protein turns to glycogen, so what about left over fat that is eaten but the body doesn't get around to using it for fuel? Does it just get flushed out or does it get stored or converted to something else like the others?
