This is a great visual aid for those that ask the question "Can I eat McDonald's?", but then wonder why they aren't full or their calorie goal for the day doesn't to be enough for them. It could be the kinds of foods you are choosing. Higher calorie foods tend to have smaller portion sizes causing you to have to eat less and healthier foods tend to have larger portion sizes so you can eat more of them!

Thanks for posting this. I watched a couple of documentaries on food and health this weekend and a similar image was shown and it has stuck with me all week. I'm going to make it as my wallpaper.0
