Abs aren't sore after an intense core workout, why??

I am only 2 weeks into the Chalean Extreme program. Yesterday was the first time in about 6 months that I have done a core/abs workout. I did Chalean Extreme "Extreme Abs" workout and I went hard. My core is very weak but I really pushed and was expecting to be super sore today like the rest of my body from the Chalean Extreme workouts but I was surprised when I woke up this morning with no soreness at all.

Does anyone know why? Did I not push hard enough?

I used to have a day "lag" in between workout and soreness. So if were me in your situation, working out hard yesterday (Wed), would make me sore on Fri. Make sense? Due to my disorder, I haven't worked out at all in about a year to a year and a half. If I were to work out now.....I'd probably feel it in a few hours....LOL.

Just keep pushing and working out....you'll still get results even if you don't feel sore.

    Good Luck!

OK thank you! There have been days when I wouldn't feel it for 2 days then bam, but it hasn't happened in a long time. I was just wanted to make sure.

Plus if you've been stretching a lot and/or eating appropriate refueling meals then you may not feel sore at all. :flowerforyou:
