Great job! Remarkable progress you're making...things for me are going well, I just have to keep the snacking more under control. Welcome to MFP.

Pick me!!! I have been an on again, off again MFP member for awhile now. I have a good 60 lbs to leave in the 'Later!' category. If you'd like to send me a friend request, I'll be a cheer leader for us all!

I gained 30lbs since I had a surgery three and a half years ago and it's true about how it's tougher to take off as you get older.

Approx 4 lbs but feel like I should see more loss. Patience is not one of my virtues to be sure.

I'm going through the same thing. Watching my diet so carefully and seeing no results. Glad to see the words of encouragement in this post. Good luck and keep going!!

Amazing transformation....and attitude. Splendid.

God knows, we all have our set backs. I've just recovered from one of mine. Was down nearly 9lbs and put it all back on but I'm back and ready to roll again. Like Angie said, it's a mental thing...you have to be in the right place to stick to it and get the results you want. The biggest thing for me is the understanding…

You are such an inspiration to all of us!! I need to lose about 50lbs and I am really having a tough time getting started and staying on track. Seeing how successful you've been really helps. Thanks so much for your post!! Cheers.

I find a cold beer difficult to say no to. I have switched to a low cal beer, Canadian 67 and I limit myself to two. So for two beer, it's only 134 cals and 4 grams of carbs.
