thank you! I do want to gain muscle and lose body fat... 29% is too much, I have 18lbs of fat to lose to get to 18%body fat

I stopped eating added sugar and went low carb for a week and lost 5 lbs, the rest came off in 3 months by eating less and going for walks. Now I'm really counting calories and exercising with a trainer so I reach my goal of 18% body fat :) Hopefully by the end of the year

my breakfast this morning was 390 calories (150gr oatmeal, 70gr blueberries, 2 eggs, little bit of veggies, light string cheese) After I started weighting the food my portions got a lot bigger and i havent been tempted to eat "bad' stuff later.

Yummy! I find oatmeal pretty filling too. I just got a food scale and I realized I was eating waaaay less than the portion sizes, that's why I was always hungry and reaching for sweets. How do you measure your meals?

this cheese thats kinda like a yogurt called quark.. the brand i found in whole foods was elli. It has only 80 calories and they have delicious flavors like red velvelt cupcake and lemon.. it also has a ton of protein, i think 15grams. Whenever im feeling really hungry out of my meal times i eat one of it and it fills me up
