i like to fast every once in a while.. i usually go for longer than that (3 days) but if you go for more than 36 hours you star to lose muscle, and I'm trying to build now. I read that it's really good to the immune system.

Whenever I quit added sugar i lose 4 lbs in about 2 weeks.. other things that helped me were the atkins chocolate shake, strawberries, not adding fat to the food, not drinking anything but water

hey! Thanks so much for your advice. I am currently doing weight training 3 times a week with a trainer, its been a month now and I gained 3 lbs of muscle. I'm a beginner so it's easier, I still feel like theres a lot more to gain, but i do have some extra belly and arm fat that i want to be gone.. im not in a hurry…
