  • Finished my jog... despite an overwhelming desire to end it early!
  • So that explains it! I'm not weak... I'm just too tall :) Thank you! But seriously, this does actually make sense. I find the barbell bench-press and vertical chest machine really useful exercises, but push-ups have ALWAYS been a challenge for me... I don't give up on them though.
  • There's something about running that just doesn't agree with me... but getting your heartrate up is a pretty important part of getting and staying healthy, so just keep trying lots of things until you find what's right for you. The bike is more compatible with me, so that's what I use :) Also, you can use the "30min jog"…
