She's going to be performing in less than a month and she showed me her outfit for her performance. I know how harsh critics can be and I don't want her to hear it from the wrong person. But the constant in my face - look how awesome I am - is really making her ego hard to take.

YES!!!!!!! This week I ate Nutella everyday - 1 tbsp. And this week, after 2 solid months of no weight loss, I dropped 3.5 pounds. I changed NOTHING else in my eating habits or workout schedule, I only added Nutella and I dropped. Nutella is my miracle drug.

Emerald nuts are amazing, Greek Yogurt, those laughing cow wedges and reduced fat wheat thins.... oh, and Nutella with apple slices. I honestly believe Nutella has helped me lose all my weight so far.

Carbs called and I answered. So I decided to eat the smart carbs and go vegetarian for the holidays. Avoiding anything with meat or a meat-based broth kept my calorie count in check over Thanksgiving. I just avoid sugar all the time, so the desserts ignored me.

You may have set your calorie goal too high. You definitely don't want to eat less than 1200 calories a day, so try to snack more often.

Try different types of water and different temps. You may eventually find one you like. I HATE drinking water, but I don't mind drinking really cold Volvic.
