I haven't been to the grocery store since the summer started and it's been glorious. $20 (or less) on produce from the local farmers market, $30 at the butcher shop & $10 (or less) at the italian deli. So.... $60/week on average? And I cook for 4 (3 of those being full-grown men... and then myself.)

My boyfriend used to be that way, until I lost the weight. Now, he actually pushes me to go to the gym. I think it's just a guy thing - they're trying to be supportive by being loving instead of honest.

I went from a DD down to a C..... I'm back to where I was in high school. Kinda upsetting, but now my shirts are all medium instead of large - and THAT makes me happy. Worst case, you visit Victoria's Secret and get a miracle bra.

Get a spice blend - but watch your sodium intake. I like a Cajun spice blend or one of those Mrs Dash blends. Soy sauce and parmesan cheese are the other two good options others have posted here.

Grunting and other sexually explicit noises made by the muscle heads in the freeweight area. That and general talking so loud that I can't hear my iPod.

Everything I own is based off of something I've seen Kate Middleton wear. I love her style and as she and I are the same age (30), I find everything I wear extremely classic and appropriate for almost all occasions.

Sweet Potato fries have become my comfort food. I use PAM though, not olive oil. Cuts out on the fat of the olive oil.

It really depends on the individual. I've found if I'm over in fiber and protein I lose, but if I'm over in fat or carbs I maintain. Test it would a few days and see what happens. You may just need some more protein in your diet.

Brown rice with cajun seasoning. I'm good to go after 1/2 cup. Plus it's good for you. I used to think apples would work, but every time I eat one, I'm hungrier than I was before I ate it.
