    Self esteem.

I wanted to look the outside the way I felt on the inside.

This quote that I read awhile back! "Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels." (that and my love of running)

EA Sports Active 2.0 on PlayStation 3.

There it is. The one thing that worked for me. I no longer rely on it, but it kept me motivated with the stat tracking, PSN Trophies, cumulative calorie burn total, customizable workouts, custom music soundtrack support, etc.. I believe I owe my success to the existence of that game/program.
  • Right time, and right people. Finally ready for a change, and having the right people in my corner to do it. My hubby has been WONDERFUL.

My fiance's participation. Without his support I wouldn't be alive to even try. :)

I got tagged on FB from Thanksgiving at my moms and I looked awful!!

    and THEN,

finding the app on my kindle fire...thought to myself, this looks doable. And I haven't looked back.

Just wait until Thanksgiving 2012 :smokin:

    Loving reading all these responses!

It is so hard to pick one! But I have to give it to MFP. At first it was just me and finally admitting that I needed to do something NOW. Not start Monday, not next week... Today. Then logging everything in here. Then getting friends. Having friends on here has made a huge diff for my motivation. And, of course, the success stories!!!
