  • Err before you get too carried away with what good calories it is people normally totally underestimate the weights of things so I really wouldn't totally trust your calories. If it is off one day won't destroy anything I would just make sure next time you weigh everything.

  • There are some specific vegan milk chocolate. Some are better than others I personally like the plamil and moo free which are available in the UK not sure about any where else.
