Do your mom and dad have high cholesterol?? Mine do, and there isn't a darn thing I can do about it but keep up the good food, eat a slight deficit and exercise. this is working wonderfully for me...I figured out what my daily calorie intake shoud be and subtracted 100 then on Saturday, I get an additional 700 calories on that one day ususally spent on VODKA

2 whole eggs and 4 whites with whatever veggies left over from dinner - spinach, broccoli, cauliflower...scramble it up with low fat cheese melted on top and YUM! I have a hard time eating oatmeal or cereal for breakfast...I get the shakes and I am starving an hour later - I have a very strange body!

I tend to look at my calories over the course of a week. I don't eat all my exercise calories back every day so if I go over my 1,400 daily limit on a day that I don't work out, it doesn't affect my losses for the week.

It took me at least 4 months to figure this out and I underwrite mortgage loans for a living! It was like someone slapped me when I finally got it - the good part is that I eat more than I used to and i am now dropping 1/2 pound per week. After an 8 week stall, this is a HUGE deal!!
