A grocery store is only as clean as what you choose to buy...I happen to like Whole Foods for their meats and bulk items, but I purchase the rest of my food at the regular old supermarket.

i always need something sweet - i have found drinking a cup of herbal tea in a fruit flavor and eating a handful of almonds gets rid of the need for dessert. try upping the protien at night too - look into a good quality protien powder, maybe and break out the blender??

I love walking and have kept my weight loss off for nearly a year walking 3 x a week and doing a fitness class 2 x a week. I agree, I am always in a better mood at the end of a walk then at the beginning!

Right...with the TDEE method the exercise calories are already "built in". You eat a farily level amount of calories every day regardless of it being a cardio, weight or rest day, right?? Every 10 pounds or so, I would buy one or two new pieces that I felt awesomely skinny in - usually from Marshalls or TJMaxx. Then when I hit goal I opened up a Talbots credit card and went nuts! LOL. I got rid of all the big stuff except one or two of the one size up jeans.
