Well done for completing day 6 :-) week 1 completed!! Only 8 left to go (eek..) I feel amazing for completing the first week I think we all deserve a lot of praise as it is definitely tough mentally as well as physically. Well done everyone keep up the good work! Squat jumps are a killer!

The upbeat moves werent my issues today it was more the plyo moves and upper body strength - lunges, push up jacks, etc. but I think it has a lot to do with my cold I am feeling a little weak because of it. Im starting insanity tomorrow as well - really nervous and excited at the same time! Really hope to see some progress.
