Hello there! I've been following MFP for the last two weeks in conjunction with advice and a weekly weigh in from the dietician at my doctors. i will be 50 this time next year and I fully intend to be 10 stones lighter by then. The best half century present a girl can give herself :happy:

Don't get too disheartened. I agree with everything that everyone has just posted. Food isn't the solution, in excess, it causes more heartache. Find something else to fill your mind and soul - a great film, good book, phone a good mate - anything that fulfils, not fills, you. Much luck and happiness.:flowerforyou:
