i'm 26, 5'5" .. started MFP at 174 lbs in Jan 2010. Got down to 136 at one point. Then gained most of it back and i'm now 160ish. my calorie goals are around 1350. Admittedly i'm not as dedicated as i was when i started, so i could use some extra motivation.

for all the reasons the above posters have mentioned.... dump BOY #1, and try things out with MAN #2. And do it quick, because the "Friend Zone" is an awful place for all involved, and it's difficult to get out of it once you are there.

can't watch the video but agree with this entire post... piriformis is a very common cause of sciatic nerve pain. also, some warm heat on your low back and buttocks might help to loosen it up before you stretch.
