  • They say the cravings for sugar goes away around 2 weeks. I haven't lasted that long. :( What was suggested to me is to start off not adding any extra sugar to your foods. Once your body adjust to having less sugar then adjust your foods to less sugary foods. Means cutting carbs. Just cut out the white carbs...rice, bread,…
