I don't know if someone has already posted something similar to this but I have found this web site very useful when it comes to plugging in the nutritional values of recipes i make at home.

I just wanted to share it because I know we all don't cook exactly the same and being able to properly input your recipe makes all the difference. I hope this was helpful.

Hello, did you use the one that is on this site??? I use it quite often. Just go to recipes then add ingredients. Nice to save your own recipes and number of servings also. Good luck..0

How do you add it where you don't have to add each ingredient of the recipe every time. I can't figure it out. I've tried several ways.0

Hello, once you add each ingredient then put in the amount of servings . This will then figure out the calories and other macros for you.. Then at the bottom hit save, so when you want to look at this again it will be in your own recipes...be sure to also name your recipe.. Hope that helped..0
