Mid day update! I had to update b/c I am excited and proud of myself for making my first three goals :) I actually did a 45 min circuits workout in the am and then went for a 30 min HIIT run after I got home. That plus very sensible eating today means that I have 1400 calories for Mardi Gras tonight. Yay!

Well yesterday was not great. At all :( :( I freaked out again. I did not work out in the morning. I started obsessing over food before lunch. Went for a walk which helped but then after lunch started to obsess over food again. I couldn't concentrate at work and I felt like I was having a panic attack. I left work an hour…

I am right there with you! I lost 40lbs and was less than 10lbs from my goal weight, but then gained back about 20lbs. I am refocusing and getting back on track. I am not over 50 but would love to be friends with people re-starting again!

Thanks everyone! I have 30 day shred, no more trouble zones, ripped in 30, 6 week 6 pack* and just downloaded killer buns and thighs. Yesterday was a mixed bag. I stayed under my calories (yay), i did a very very small/short workout (boo) and failed at doing work...blerg. so I need to refocus today! back to simple goals - 1) stay under calorie goals 2) exercise for at least 30 min good luck everyone!!!

Today I am thankful for my family, who never pressured me to do things I wasn't ready or didn't want to do to. Because of them I am happy and following my dreams, I know so many others who weren't able to do so

I made all of my goals....though I made this mistake of not taking my phoen to the mini mart wih with me, and of course my 5 dollar headphones only worked in one ear, sigh #expatproblems But I ran! Good luck everyone with your goals! xx

Well I did 2 out of three goals. I stayed a bit lower then my calorie allotment and I did not eat back my exercise calories.... because I had no exercise calories. womp womp. I made all three of my goals today. Woot Woot. Even better, I felt ill during the day and had that nagging "you don't really *hhhaavvee** to work out" voice in my head, but I rallied and completed my workout in the evening. Hopeful that tomorrow will be just as successful.

I just very barely made my goals today :( I had to do 5 min of jumping jacks to get there. I worked out but did 30 day shred instead of no more trouble zones (still better than nothing) and I just barely stayed with in my offical calories, but way overtook my personal calorie goals. I would say 10% or even 15% of your body weight and people will notice. When I lost about 40lbs people were very vocal and encouraging about how much I had lost at two times 1) in the middle (around 12% of my body weight lost) and 2) right at my lowest (around 22% of HW lost in total). So 10-15% seems to be the magic jump…

Made my goals today :) And even got in a little yoga, because my lower back and hip flexors are just a tight mess
