Thanks guys!! As for the videos - I started off doing the 30 Day Shred.....then fell off the wagon for a while. Now I am doing no more trouble zones which I LOVE but it does take a bit more time. I highly recommend her videos, I think they work really well - especially if you weren't really into fitness when you started.

Yes I understand that. This is only for a week while i am in the field without access to weights. When I return I will keep with my weight routine. I just wanted to have something to do for that WEEK as opposed to just saying...oh well i won't workout this week b/c I don't have weights.
