If you weren't able to push yourself through all the running segments, then you may want to lower your speed. Remember - you have plenty of time to work on your speed later. That sounds like a great idea! You can add some protein powder to it as well! Not eating will only make you feel even worse in the end. If you're able to get out and go for a walk, that will likely do wonders for your mood as well!
