Thanks for the suggestions. I'll take a look at the sites you both mentioned. The dream meditation sounds really interesting! I think for me, rather than needing a "weight-loss" meditation, I need meditations to help me overcome my self-doubt and to help me stay on track with my goals, both long-term and short-term.

Atlantique - good point about the cost. At the time, I was fortunate to have insurance that covered my tests in full (it would have been thousands of dollars otherwise). This was a good ten years ago. Now I'd never even consider it... I try to totally avoid doctors, since I don't have health insurance at all! *ACK!*

Without seeing your food diary, it's difficult to offer any truly helpful suggestions. In general, though, I would suggest focusing on the QUALITY of the food your eating. To add sodium to the food diary go to FOODS >> SETTINGS >> Nutrients Tracked. You actually have five items you can track - not all of them are particularly helpful. Maybe check out how much sodium you're taking in. It seems like you have a decent amount of processed food, which tends to be loaded with sodium. Too much sodium can really sabotage you, especially if you're not drinking enough water. You do a lot of exercise, so my guess is that you need more calories instead of less.…

I've been diagnosed with rosacea and also tend to turn beet red after a hard workout. You can read a bit about it at rosacea.org. You may want to check with a dermatologist to make sure either way. May not be an issue for you at all, just thought I would throw it out there.
