Mine is open, I eat pescatarian but I try to be creative with my meals. Anyone is welcome to friend me. And anyone is always welcome to contact me for recipe ideas in a bind. I used to eat meat so I'm pretty good with coming up with creative, delicious, healthy, and low cost meal and snacks!

I just got through Week 1 Day 1 of C25k. I have never run 90 seconds straight in my life. I got through the pain...I said "I'm not afraid of a little leg strain"...I breathed deep...I laughed at my heart rate when my body was like "WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO ME???" and I will try it again tomorrow! :-)

I can do a 60 second plank and two 30 second side planks. 30 days ago I couldn't do a 15 second plank and side planks just make me fall over. I'm proud of myself! :-)
