Don't feel bad. I very rarely ever lose weight, even when I eat perfectly. I'm not saying that great abs don't start in the kitchen! Yeah, I choose to go out of my comfort zone, mealwise, and then everything goes down the drain. I then notice differences in my attitude, I'm lazier, I have a harder time getting out of bed, workouts are more like a chore than fun. I don't get it, and it sucks

I made these last night. I managed to get them to be 37 calories per cookie. They aren't the sweetest cookie in the world, but if you need to satisfy the cookie craving, they are absolutely worth it!

Making salads out of anything you'd normally put on bread. If you must have the bread, buy whole wheat pita. Yumm-o!
