Seitan is very high in protein. I lost weight with weight watchers before when I was heavier. I wasn't a big fan of the changes they made (fruit =0 pints+=zero weight loss for me). Also the database is way better here. Eat a can of lentil soup. Pair your iron rich foods with vitamin C to enhance absorption (ex/ have lemon water and an orange with your meal). If you have a multivitamin take one of those.
